Hopetoun Barn – Your PEI Cottage
This 4-bedroom/two-bath home is situated on the Hillsborough River on Prince Edward Island (PEI) — in the middle of the country. Yet it’s only 7 minutes from downtown Charlottetown.
Hopetoun Barn is set on 3 1/2 acres with fields all around. Choose from so many of PEI’s great beaches, some only minutes away. The Fox Meadow golf course is about five minutes from our drive.
The Barn has four bedrooms. There are two large bedrooms upstairs with cathedral ceilings. They are connected by a gallery and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a skylight that captures the rising sun.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms: one twin bedded and one single. There is a second full bathroom with an old-fashioned claw foot tub.
There is also a full utility room with a washer, dryer, and laundry sink.
Outdoors enjoy our half-mile grass walking track.

Is this available all year around? If so how much is rent per month.
Yes it is Nicholle – it is now booked until June next year – our prices are on this site and if you go to the Home Away link - you can see availability for next year too
